I sold an item on Ebay and the buyer requested to retun the item because "the item does not match description or photos". The item is an exact match to the description and photos and works fine. It seems the buyer changed their mind after they bought the item and is using this excuse to return the item because it falls under the Ebay Guarantee. I have requested a response from the buyer several times as to what does not match, and they will not respond. What is my recourse?

You have no recourse. If the buyer filed the Return Request with the reason "doesn't match description", that is covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
You will need to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and when you receive the item, refund the buyer.
