 I was offered $10 off for opening eBay app from eBay      Opened app , don’t see this offer anywhere on my account  nothing in emails.  Please help

If the $10 offer was to download the mobile app and make a purchase using it, have you made a purchase?  I do not know how the $10 is discounted, as I do not wish to download the app, as I only use my phone to make a phone call.  All of the text is just too itty bitty for these eyes.
