I bought an item for ~$700 along with the $65 warranty and when I contacted the seller if it was on track for the week of April 11th, the seller did not respond. Now the seller is no longer registered on Ebay but I already paid the seller.
I cannot figure out how to get Ebay's attention on this.
Any suggestions?

File a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
