How do I generate Payment reminders?

I cannot figure out how to generate this auto worded payment reminder. Its worded like this:

Hi spendin-n-y2k,

Thanks for your business! I am ready to ship the following item: Amazon Prime Unisex Blue Hat Beanie Employee Driver Fulfillment Logo Ribbed (null)

Unfortunately, I can't ship the above until I've received a payment. Can you please let me know when I can expect a payment?

I copied that from an item I paid for but need it for an item I sold that hasn't been paid yet. So where do I find it?

eBay sends payment reminders - sellers can not send them.

No this was not from ebay, the seller generated it because ebay has another version that is worded completly different.

It is possible that store subscribers still have the option to create their own, or it may be left in the system from before it was removed as an option.  I thought even store subscribers could no longer customize the payment reminder.

There is no option for non-store subscribers.  You can see on the communications page that the only option is to 'have us send a reminder' -
