How do I file a claim for a package that USPS lost? I refunded the customer already but the item has been stuck at a sorting center for 2 weeks now. This is a “standard envelope” item and when I go to the USPS website to start a claim with the eBay provided tracking number, it generates an error. Any help would be appreciated!
