How do I enter a tracking number for a sold item if I didn't buy shipping on eBay - Lady Madonna

Why aren't you using ebay labels?  Besides getting a discount, the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction.

Since you purchased your shipping label elsewhere, go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Locate the transaction.  Click the down-arrow, click Enter tracking number.  Those might not be the exact steps since I always print my shipping labels using ebay.

I believe this is the only time, at least this year, that I have not shipped thru eBay. I wanted the order to get to the buyer by Thursday, the deadline, so I want to FedEx. Our USPS is closed on Saturday.
