How do I close the payment dispute down asap??

I ordered the wrong Xbox by mistake. I ordered a Xbox 360 when I should have ordered a Xbox One. This was for my 7 year old son. The seller did say that if it got delivered late I would have a refund. So I got in touch with my bank and I had the money back. But when I received the Xbox 360, I didn't return it to the vendor. He then got his money back from my bank. I've been in touch with the seller and asked if I could return the parcel, which is still in the package which he sent it in. Now I'm trying my best to close the payment dispute down asap, but unfortunately I'm having difficulty with submitting the application? The same msg keeps showing, saying that as I have already filed a dispute on the order with my payment institution, I can't resolve this matter. Does anyone have any advice for me please?
