How do I change the position of the label on an A4 label sheet

Hi

I bought some A4 label sheets with 4 labels per sheet (2x2)

when I buy and print off one label on eBay, it always prints it on the top left, I can turn the label around to print the next one but I effectively lose 2 labels per sheet when printing just one label.

Is there a way to print the label on the top right, so that I can use all four labels by refeeding the sheet?

I have tried snagit and capturing the label and then printing off word but the quality of the label is lost.
