How do I cancel a listing?

I'm trying to cancel a listing. I went to Ebay site page, Selling activities, and "end your listing". When I select end your listing it says; "Looks like this page is missing". I don't understand why ?????

Go to

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

Locate the listing.  Click the down-arrow, click End listing.  Hopefully, it's not the listing with bids.

It still doesn't make sense that the seller help page didn't allow me to connect to my listing and cancel.
