How do I cancel a listing that has not been bid on?

How do I cancel a listing that has not been bid on, OR prevent Ebay from automatically relisting an item that has not sold.

END LISTING:

1. Go to the Active listings page in Seller Hub.
2. Select the checkbox next to the item you want to end.
3. From the dropdown menu, select End item.
