How do I block someone who is sending me stupid messages?

Some nutcase from Germany is bombarding me with numb messages. He is not a buyer, just complains. Can I block him, and if so, how? Thanks!

If you use a desktop browser and are using the "classic" message format as opposed to the newer "chat-style" format, there should be options to block or report member messages under the action menu when viewing the member message.
