How come all of my unsold items can no longer use AUTO RELIST ?!

For years, my items unsold were able to be relisted AND were able to have the option of being Auto Relisted up to 8 times. Now, when I go to relist an item, the option to Auto Relist is not there !!!!!

Does anyone know why?

We have been told that this feature is meant for new or infrequent sellers. I've never seen a defined time period or number of items sold to know when it is no longer available.
