How can you reach an agent

Have gotten codes but none have worked.  Tried the puzzles to identify LIONS 4 times.  Have tried with auto assistant.  Horrible.  Need a phone number.

If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
