How can you change the ship to address on usps label if the buyer wants item shipped to a different.

As a seller, you are required to ship to the address that was provided by Ebay, NOT a message from the buyer in order to keep your seller protection.

Once you have verified that it is actually your buyer that made the request, you can reply and suggest they request a cancellation so you can refund and relist so they can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address at the time of payment.
