How can i contact ebay and ask them to step in ?

i purchased an item 52 days ago and i never received it. i requested a refund a few weeks ago and never got one. i have contacted the seller several times and i have gotten no response.  how can i ask ebay to step in and help ?

You may not be able to.  Did you open a case for an item not received?  If not then it is too late to do this and eBay will not help.  Just asking the seller for a refund does not get any help from eBay.  You have to open the proper case for eBay to get involved.
