I bought an item on July 18th, paid for it, got a tracking number and sat here waiting for my order to arrive; this morning, I get a message stating: "We're sorry, we don't ship to the U.S." and Ebay just issues a refund, with no consideration for the fact that I was counting on my item arriving, and that my money was(is) tied up for 3 weeks, waiting for NOTHING. The seller seller suffers no consequences, I have to order all over again, and WAIT...Ebay just has one of its insipid agents tell me how sorry they are and ask if there's anything else they can help me with?! Wait...what???
