How can a seller delay the shipping date when requested by the buyer

The buyer purchased an item but does not want it shipped until after Feb 7th. How do I do this and keep my Top Seller status?

You need to cancel the sale and offer it again after Feb 7th.

(Relist it with a high price and a best offer, to prevent it from purchasing by someone else.)
