You can’t send another invoice, and you can’t ask the buyer to pay more for shipping than what was in your listing.

If the buyer has requested upgraded service, create a listing for them to purchase, like this -

Do be careful if your buyer is asking fro overnight shipping - it is a favorite tool of scammers.
