How can I resolve an issue with a seller on eBay?

If you have an issue with a seller on eBay, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Seller:

    • Go to Purchase history, find the item, and select Contact seller to explain the issue and try to resolve it directly.
  2. Open a Case:

    • If the seller doesn't respond or the issue isn't resolved, open a case in the Resolution Center within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  3. eBay Money Back Guarantee:

    • If you still can't resolve the issue, escalate the case to eBay for review. eBay's Money Back Guarantee may cover you if the item is not as described or didn't arrive.
