A bought a 1955 Bowman Mickey Mantle and put it in the eBay Vault. After authentication, photos were taken. The reverse photo shows an obvious smudge mark that was not there on the eBay listing photo. If I ever want to sell the card, I will be asked if there is a defect on the card itself. I can only assume someone smudged the graded slab during the authentication or the photo process. I can provide images for comparison. I can find no links for contacting Vault staff. How can I ask for a new photo of the card reverse?
