How can I remove sponsored items from my eBay home page? Permanently if possible . Thanks

I want to get rid of sponsored items.  I do not want them.

It may be possible to use the element hiding tool of an ad blocker to block that page element from appearing. Most ad blockers have a tool that allows you to highlight a particular page element and use that to create a custom ad blocking rule. It may take some trial and error, depending on the particular page element and how it is set up by eBay.
