Hello, I am seeking help on how to formally dispute the authentication results for an item I purchased on eBay. I purchased a pair of sneakers that were marked as “authentic” after undergoing eBay’s authentication process. However, upon receiving and closely inspecting the sneakers, they are imitations and not genuine as claimed:
*Exceptional stitching inconsistencies, incorrect logo placement, mismatched materials.
*Poor tongue and sole padding material
*Loose threads, uneven stitching patterns and poorly aligned seams.
*Very noticeable differences compared to the authentic Nike version.
Moreover, I consultled with third-party experts for their professional opinions and it was notably and unanimously concluded that the shoes are very much counterfeit.
Thus, I would like a thorough re-evaluation of the item’s authenticity and a resolution to the matter. If the item is indeed confirmed to be counterfeit, I want a full refund.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance from the Community on how to report this significant problem to eBay. Thanks in advance to everyone for their feedback.
