I left a negative review on a purchase, the seller did finally make efforts to fix the problem. I would like to amend or delete my negative feedback

Hi @roban-8714
You have to message the Seller and ask for a Feedback revision form, they are allowed to send 5 per year. You will have 10 days to complete the form once you receive it.
In the future, try working things out before leaving less than Positive Feedback.

Thank you. This was the first negative review I have ever left, it is still partially valid as conmunication was terrible and the negative review did finally get help for a resolution.

Thanks for that information, I just read the FB you left ... sadly some Sellers don't excel in communication, whether that is intentional or not we cannot know. So I "get it" for that FB being a simple record of your efforts and expereince. Glad it got the Seller's attention and they took positive action for you.
