How can I contact seller ?

The contact seller option does not work.

How far are you getting?

Are you able to enter your message by clicking on the "Send message" text line and typing?

When I click on the Contact Seller on the Ebay Ad page, it brings up another screen with options about the product, shipping, returns and Still Have Questions. When I click on the Contact Seller at the "Still Have Questions", it brings up another partial screen to the right, but it will not let me fill in a message nor will it let me Send Message.

After you click on "Still have questions", then click on the "Send message" text line to enter your message.

Does not work. When I click on Send Message, it opens a little option window asking if I want to send a copy to my email. I can check mark that but it still does not let me type in a message to send.

Next time instead of checking that box to send a copy to your email, just start typing. If you must check the box, click in the empty field once more to see your text cursor and start typing. Or check that box after you are done typing.

Still does not work. When I start typing right away as you suggest, nothing happens, no letters appear. If I click in the area  where I think the typing should appear, there is nothing indicated that would represent that a curser is now there either. Is it possible that the  seller has somehow restricted anyone from sending them a contact message?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Tried Duck Duck Go and it does the same thing.

Have you tried using Chrome?  I’ve had to do that occasionally to deal with eBay issues.

Are you sure you are clicking in the right place -- right on the "Send message" text line above the button? And then immediately starting to type your message?

Lots of folks are having trouble with this since eBay changed it, but once they figure out where to click, it works.

Finally figured it out. That is very confusing. It needs to be better instructed.
