How can I contact e bay?

E bay sent a message saying I have received a refund on 12-1-21. I need to find out where that refund was sent to if it was actually sent. The help is no help in my case.

Refunds are sent where they came from in the first place.

If you used a credit card, it can take long.

Was it a return, go to https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041

Was it an item not received, go to https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042

Near the bottom of both sites you can click on "Contact us". Write 'agent' in the window that pops up, to get where you need to go.

I went to the help/contact and typed agent in every box that appeared, even the automated assistant but it's the same as before. I get multiple boxes to go to but none are specifically for refunds not received. The assistant answer was No Results Found. There must be some way to contact ebay.
