I sold an item I had listed previously in the day. Someone bought the item listed on eBay before I could remove the listing. I refunded the buyer , but now I can’t cancel it. It states I can’t cancel it because I already refunded the buyer ? How do I remove the listing ? It keeps telling me to ship it, but I don’t have it. Please help
