How can I ask ebay to step in my return with unresponsive seller?

Hi there. I received an new condition item that didn't match seller's describe and have strong cleaning supply odor. I asked seller to return 4days ago and haven't hear back anything. I would like to ask ebay to step in my problem. I tried to find "take action" or "Ask eBay to step in and help" but both of them didn't show up on my computer and ebay app both. Can anyone know how can I contact to ebay help? I really appreciate any advices. Thanks!

The option shows up on the fifth day after opening the dispute.  Check the status and ask option for your Return in the Resolution Center.

Sorry, it is on the fourth day, I was thinking about something else.  Clear your browser cache to force a fresh page and look for the option again from the Resolution Center.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
