I recently ordered a book thinking it was a print copy. After paying received a link to a “digital” copy. I asked for a refund immediately.
since then, the listing has been taken down and the seller’s account closed (I imagine for copyright infringement).
I still haven’t received any refund ($6.99) and the return time limit ends soon. How am I supposed to return a “delivered” link that I never clicked on?!! Thanks all! “Oldshew”
Contact customer service - I am sure they will refund your payment.
