A buyer sent me a message with an offer I'm willing to accept. How do I handle this? End the listing? If I do that then how do I send the invoice for the reduced price?
Thanks

@leeannmccullough You can not reduce the item price on an invoice, only the shipping cost.
You would need to end the listing, and then relist at the agreed on price.
If you are ending an auction with bids you will be charged a fee based on the highest bid. There has to be more than 12 hours left or you MUST sell to the current high bidder at the auction price that is showing. Also, eBay frowns on ending auctions early as it disappoints your other bidders.

Best Offers are not made through messages.
In order for a buyer to make a Best Offer, they need to click on the Best Offer on the listing page, if there is one.
You cannot accept a Best Offer without an official offer and you cannot send the buyer an invoice unless you officially accept the Best Offer.
