How Can I Return an item shipped to replace one previously lost, after receiving the lost one?

So my Item was shipped, 3 or 4 days after it was late, and USPS Tracking indicated it wouldn't be delivered. I contacted Ebay through their web portal. Ebay had the shipper send a replacement. The original item arrived the day before the replacement arrived. There is no option on Ebay's website that allows me to return the second item. I only paid for the first one.  To add more confusion, I received email from Ebay telling me:

We wanted to let you know that your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk. We understand that this must be frustrating, but this decision was not made lightly and it’s important that we keep our marketplace safe for everyone...a few other sentences, then a notice not to reply to the email because it was sent by an account that isn't monitored.

 

Insane, I feel for the seller, and want to return the product I didn't pay for but Ebay is too difficult to reach. Any suggestions. Yes I searched for the seller's business online using the Ebay business name, no luck...
