Holding payouts for first time sellers

**bleep** EBAY? I SOLD AN ITEM NOW TO OUR GOING TO HOLD MY PAYMENT FOR TWO WEEKS BECAUSE IM A NEW USER. BUT EXPECT ME TO HAVE THIS SOLD ITEM IN THE MAIL TOMORROW. ??? I CANT AFFORD TO SHIP THIS ITEM WITHOUT BEING PAID FIRST. IF I COULD OF WENT THIS ROUTE I WOULD OF POSTED ON OFFER UP. 

EVAY YOU CAN EITHER RELEASE MY FUNDS OR SHOVE IT. ILL NOTIFY THE BUYER AND WE CAN SIDE DEAL THIS. 

GREEDY CORPORATE BULL**bleep** IS ALL THIS IS. 

AND DONT RESPOND BACK WITH YOUR COMPANY SELLER POLICYS EITHER. IT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ME AND YOU WONT CONTROL MY MONEY OR MY HAND.

You cannot withhold shipping if Ebay is holding your payouts. The buyer HAS paid so you are required to ship.

New seller's payouts are subject to  holds. Typically, the holds will be for 14 days but sometimes can be up to 30 days if a high priced item.

And that, my friend, is what got you into this trouble in the first place.

You chose not to learn the eBay policies that you agreed to when you started selling. And that is what is causing your anger - not eBay. eBay is doing exactly what they told you they would do. (By the way, no one here works for eBay.)

Your buyer has already paid you and eBay is holding his payment. He's not going to do any "side deal" with you when you have his money already - he's certainly not going to pay you again.If you want your buyer's payment released, you'll need to ship. The sooner you do, the sooner you'll receive your payout. If you purchase your label through eBay, you can pay for it out of your pending funds and the cost will be discounted. If you choose to ship directly from the carrier at a higher cost, be sure to enter the tracking number to the transaction so that eBay knows when the item is received.
