I sold a large auto part that required LTL trucking. I shipped it via R+L Carriers but I did not use the EBAY label. Now my payment is on hold. I have tried to input tracking information and already provided the tracking number to the buyer. Ebay is telling me the hold is until the buyer says he received it and is satisfied. How do I input the tracking info? How do I get the hold on funds released?
