History or report of offers made to customers?

I hope someone can help me.  Sometimes I make offers to potential customers who are watching my items.  But then all info seems to disappear and sometimes I forget if I've sent an offer out or not, or when and for how much. I don't want to irritate my customers, so is there a way to  view or track which items I've sent offers on and when? Thanks so much

Offers sent to watchers are sent blindly, meaning you don't know who the watcher is.  If you click on the arrow next to edit on the item with watchers, you will see review offers if you have sent any.  Click on that to see the price offered.  But you won't see the member's id in full.
