Hi, I purchased an item and it got lost in USPS. I see now that eBay does not show this purchase now

USPS can't find the E-mu music keyboard and eBay seemed to have dropped the last few purchases from purchase history, so I don't even have an ID for it. I have the USPS tracking number. I have tried with the automated assistant, but since I can't point to purchase in eBay. I am going nowhere with this return. I need to speak with a human. Does anyone have eBay's customer service number?

Hi @brujerman  We can help you. Check the setting for the date range shown in your Purchase History (See orders: All). If it's a glitch and still not showing, check your eBay messages and emails for the purchase. How many days has it been since the estimated delivery date?
