Hernia support

I bought one hernia support underwear on 12/20.  I received them.  Yesterday I got a notice that my package was ready to be picked up at the PO.  They are 3 more packages of those underwear and I didn't order them.  You can't get ahold of those EBAY JERKS because they have no customer service.  All they have are articles and the Dumbells don't have an article on getting 3 packages of underwear that I didn't order.  I look at my bank statement and there isn't any amount that matches the price of the underwear.  I even tried multiplying the price by 3 and there is no amount for that on my bank statement either. Anybody know how to get ahold of those cheapskates that can't provide customer service.  If I could I'd sue them for trying to rip me off.

-Where is the Seller located?

-If you have only been charged for one item you can Refuse the others, they will be returned to the Sender

-If you have not been charged for the other pairs then it could be a mistake on the Seller's end in their order processing ... maybe a glitch that keeps showing them the items haven't shipped so they keep shipping.

-Use the Contact link on the Seller's item and let them know you paid for one pair but someone there keeps sending mote items.

How are they ripping you off if you have not been charged for the items?

Are you accusing Ebay of being "jerks" & "dumbells" & "cheapskates"? Ebay did not send you the underwear.

Because I don't know if I will get charged.  Ebay didn't send them to me, but they claim if I have a problem, they will help.  They give you articles to read and none of them match my problem.  If they weren't so cheap and had people to handle calls, things would be easier for the people eBay says they will help.  After covid, everywhere got rid of their customer service departments and are doing this. I was in customer service, a cashier at a big home goods store and they didn't get rid of me, they put a piece of plastic up between me and the customer and that was it.  Ebay makes billions in profits so you can't tell me they can't afford to have customer service agents. Don't try to make me look like the one that's wrong missy because I'm not wrong when I'm told a place will help and there's no way to get ahold of them.

What makes you think Ebay does not have Customer Service anymore? Have you tried to contact them?

I highly doubt Ebay can help you since you did not order them, as you said.
