Here it is, the beginning of the end.

Now you can't even contact them via phone?  So, they're slowly taking away and limiting how we can deal with problems with their horrific, fraudulent system.  Cheap Chinese garbage sold under the guise of being in the US when they're not, rip offs you can't report, inadequate reporting system that does nothing.  Even when you could reach someone by phone, if there were a large number of postings, they wanted you to do their job for free, sit there all day reporting THOUSANDS of fraudulent/illegal posts.  Now they're changing "how you get paid"?  Yeah, I quit selling because they kept automatically changing prices, allowing offers, etc.  Nope.  Not going to spend hours hand-sewing/beading for you to allow people to offer me half or less for something already not commensurate with the effort put in.  They're going to be nothing but another Wish.com soon.  I placed an order, and the very next day, it was canceled and refunded.  Allegedly, the item got broken.  Check back later, and he's re-listed the item, just for more money.  I'm tired of this.  eBay, you're only going to have yourselves to blame when you finally tank.  Cut back, and cut back, so your overlords can make more money, and your customer service, your customer satisfaction, all tanks, and you're left with nothing but cheap garbage that might as well go straight to the trash.

Like most major companies, eBay now has a partially automated customer service system.  I don't like it at my cable company any more than you like it here, but it is here to stay.

You can talk to a human, but you have to let them call you.  To contact customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -

The new payment system is not bad -  if you make handmade items, you are probably familiar with Etsy - it is the same payment processor used there. But, doesn't matter if you're not going to sell here.

Here it is, the beginning of the end.

Most common issues can be handled without needing to speak to anyone at eBay, but if you need to, there are options available.

No one expects any individual user to report thousands of listings that violate policy; if you report the worst offenders -- however you calculate that -- you have done your part. Rather than report all of a seller's listings, consider just reporting the seller.

If you have a general question that does not involve account details, you can try asking a question here or on one of the other discussion boards. Lots of experienced users can offer advice and suggestions.

If you need to contact eBay and you are in North America, you can request a call back from eBay:

Or you may be able to contact eBay via social media:
