It is impossible to contact Ebay how can that be I didn't receive my order and no one will help me. FedEx lost the package delivered it to the wrong place and admitted they can't find it and Ebay says that the tracking says it was delivered and will not help me. I have proved that the FedEx's picture of proof of delivery is NOT my home and still no help. FedEx says I can't file a claim the shipper has to. The seller said that he contacted FedEx and said that they can't. Then FedEx says where the seller got the shipping label from is the ones that has to file a claim. Now Ebay is saying that the shipper has to. I'm been jumping through hoops since March the first and no one will help so what in the world can I do.

When a buyer doesn't receive their order, there is no need to contact Ebay, you need to be contacting your Seller and asking them to investigate where it might be.

 

Fedex can't lose your package and also deliver it to a wrong address.  It is one or the other, but not both.

 

I am a little confused.  You say you found it impossible to contact Ebay, then you stated "...Ebay says that the tracking says it was delivered and will not help me."  So you were able to contact them, correct.  I'm NOT trying to pick on your, I'm really just trying to understand what you are asking about here.

 

I Think I get what has transpired here and I'm very sorry you have had to go through all of this.  I would like to suggest your contact Ebay again, but through Facebook.

 

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

What I should have said was it's almost impossible to be able to talk to a real person at eBay. But thank you for your time replying to my problem that I am having. When you said that you got what had  transpired I almost jumped for joy. I think your the closest person that understands what I am going through. And the idea of going through Facebook was a stroke of genius. I've left two messages there now and I'm still waiting on there reply. I hope you don't mind but I want you to totally understand so maybe this will do it. I received an email from FedEx that the package was delivered and when I saw that it wasn't I contacted FedEx and opened a support ticket with them. Well a few days went by and that's when they said that they couldn't find it and closed the ticket so that's when I sent them pictures of my home so they could compare them against the proof of delivery picture that they have and that's when they reopened the ticket, that's when they told  me to have the shipper to contact them and that's when the seller told me that they had said that he couldn't file a claim. So that's when I tried to file a claim and was told by FedEx that I couldn't file one and then they said that who ever supplied the shipping label was the ones to file it and the seller said that would be eBay so that's when I asked eBay to file one and they said to contact my seller for the seller  to do it then. That's when  eBay contacted me and said no that I need to get the seller to file one and then again the seller said that they wouldn't let him. All the seller wants to say is to have them to check the trucks gps to see the location of the truck at the time it said that it was delivered. In my opinion all fingers keep pointing to the seller. You can't imagine how many phone calls and messages that I have sent up to this point. Really I could go on and on but I'm tired of typing the same stuff over and over again. All I know for sure is that up to now I have had no help from anyone and FedEx said that the shipper has to be the ones to file and the seller says it's eBay then eBay says it's the seller that has to and it just keeps going back and forth to the point that I'm almost confuse. Bottom line is FedEx is at fault and there is no one that I can get to file the claim. Anyway these are the pictures I was talking about now you'll be able to see that it was NOT delivered to my home. And now eBay just says that the tracking information shows it was delivered and delivered to the right address, and basically now they will not let me do a thing. But don't you agree that a blind man could tell the difference between FedEx's proof of delivery picture and the picture of my home which I'd like to add that I have lived at for the past 38 years and can prove it. "What I should have said was it's almost impossible to be able to talk to a real person at eBay."  That isn't true either.  You may not know the ways in which to do this, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.  It just means you don't know how to do it.  My previous posts tells you the ways in which you can contact Ebay and the way you can have Ebay call you if you want during the options hours available stated on the link.

"In my opinion all fingers keep pointing to the seller."  I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion since you have no real evidence or information from the carrier.

I certainly can see that Fedex's pic doesn't match up to what your delivery area looks like.

 

Ebay isn't at fault here.  It is Fedex and maybe your seller.  If your seller put the wrong address on the label, then they are at fault.  If Fedex just delivered to the wrong address, then Fedex is wrong.  From the pics, it looks like it could have gotten delivered to a neighbor.  But hard to say really.  

 

Try contacting your seller again and share that picture with them.  Be really nice as you want them to want to help you, not just get rid of you.  See if that helps any.

Let me put it this way about contacting eBay now that eBay has closed the case or what ever they have done now how can I get to be able to talk to some one. I've went through the steps that you have said the thing is first you have to choose selling buying and a few more options but when I hit buying then did not receive item then  as soon as I hit the item that has been the whole issue it just says some **bleep** like case closed eBay has determined that it was delivered and delivered to the right address so now there is no more options on getting to be able to talk to someone. So basically I would have to lie and say that it was something else.  Alright then answer me this I need to talk to a real person so as to tell eBay that I can not get the seller to file the claim he just keeps saying they will not let him so HOW. On the help pages it's just a freaking never ending loop from one page leading back to where you started from over and over again. I'd love to have a nickel for every time I've made that never ending loop because god for bid that eBay would want to help a buyer, so tell me how can I tell eBay that the seller will not file a claim  and that I have still NOT received what I paid for??? I'm out over five hundred dollars and I don't see eBay doing a **bleep** thing to help me so I guess it's ok for ebay to say the seller has to then the seller saying no it's ebay that has to in a never ending freaking loop, that's ok ?right And answer me this in eBay's infinite wisdom how can they say that the package was delivered and delivered to the right address after I showed them the say pictures. In other words the seller just has to say no I can't so that's supposed to be the freaking end of it and I just go on with my life like nothing has happened. "eBay isn't at fault here" I guess I have to give you this one because now tell me if I'm wrong but doesn't for one to be at fault one would have to do something first right well there's no problem there cause eBay has not done a **bleep** thing that's for sure. And about you saying " I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion since you have no real evidence or information from the carrier." all I have is all that I have heard or read I know that this may sound weird but see the way I was raised and the man that I am I am a man that his word is everything I was taught that mans word is all that I man has and a man without that is no man at all. you can word it any way you want to, but the bottom line here is I've jumped through everyone's freaking hoops I've called and I have messaged till I'm blue in the face and about to go freaking crazy and that some one else has my package and I'm out over $500 So tell me how would you take care of this if you were in my shoes. I'm 65 years old this past August they took my right kidney due to cancer and was just told last week that now I'm stage 3 cancer in my other one, I'm on the transplant list for a kidney and if I don't get one soon they have said that the out come does not look promising. And I don't see that all this freaking **bleep** is helping matters one freaking bit. At this point I really don't care who or what is at fault I just want what I paid for or my money back and FedEx eBay and the seller could care less about doing the right thing. I can prove beyond a shadow of doubt that in the pictures that is my home at the same place that has been for the last 38 years and a freaking moron can see that the proof of delivery picture is without a freaking doubt is not the place it should have been delivered. But I guess that's asking to much for them to use a little common since. Godsmack said it best "I stand alone" and I'm going add a little to that and "surrounded by a bunch of freaking idiots"

First let me apologize, I can't read a wall of text.  By the end I'd have a headache and I don't want one.  It is just too much for these old eyes without spacing and paragraphs.  hopefully someone else will come along and help with whatever you wrong.

 

Just from glancing at what you wrong.  Most of us have health issues and selling here or the problem you are currently having has nothing to do with your health issues or mine.  I'm not making light of your health issues, they are serious.  I get it.  They just have nothing to do with your issue you are currently trying to resolve.
