Hello. I’ve never used this forum yet and this is pretty exciting. I hope someone can help me with my dilemma. I used a coupon on an iPhone and discovered after I made the purchase, although the iPhone is “unlocked“ it’s unlocked with Verizon (??) . I personally don’t understand how an iPhone can be unlocked, but you have to use a certain carrier. I thought being unlocked meant you could use the phone with a different carrier. I don’t use Verizon. I requested the seller cancel my order and I also requested a cancellation as buyer through eBay.
I found another iPhone to purchase, but when I tried to checking out, the 20% discount is no longer available to me - I received a notice that “the coupon was already used.” Frankly, I’m not even sure the coupon will be restored once the seller cancels my purchase (and the seller has up until the last day the coupon is good to cancel my purchase), but in any event, I really do need to get the 20% off.
Does anybody have any words of wisdom and/or suggestions for me? Did I just miss out on this promotion? Thanks in advance for any help, ideas or suggestions. I appreciate your time.

Most coupons are for one time use only, meaning you cannot use it on the second purchase.
Your cancellation request would be up to the seller (not Ebay) to agree to...if they choose to do so. If the seller chooses to deny your request for a cancellation, you will be required to proceed with the transaction. When you receive the phone, you can inquire about a Return Request.
