Help with return of watch

Received watch and it was broken. It did not function, so he said to send it back for a replacement. I did, now it says it was delivered but can't add my own tracking number to the return so he has the watch back I have no replacement or my money returned. Sent multiple emails, went through all the help services and have no idea what to do or who to contact to resolve the problem
