I had ordered these yuto horigame matcha shoes from a seller than seems to be reputable. The entire listing had no sign of these being offbrand with official pictures and all. After purchasing, the seller told me these shoes are not authentic. However this is not the primary issue, I had ordered the shoes on May 10, the tracking number showed that the label had been created on may 12 and the carrier recieved the item. Ebay allowed me to open a request on June 11 and have them step in on June 18. As of June 18 I have not recieved the item and the seller is refusing to give me a refund. However, on June 18 the seller added a fake tracking number saying it had arrived on June 6 for.. a 40lb item. Clearly not a pair of shoes and is clearly a fake tracking number. I don't know what else to do and I cannot lose $200.
