I just upgraded from a Starter Store to a Basic Store on October 1st. When I was looking at the FV fees for the items I've sold since then, I noticed they were at the 12.55% for a Starter Store and not the 11.7% for a Basic Store. There was one exception that was the lower percentage and I was puzzled at first but then realized that it was for a listing I had created on the 1st. So, my question is, will all of the items I had listed prior to Oct 1st have FV fees at the higher rate even though I'm now a Basic Store or is this an error on Ebay's part that I need to contact them about?
Thanks

The FVF that is charged is based on the FVF at the store level when the item was listed. If you want all of your current items charged at the Basic store level, you will need to END all of the listings started previous to October 1, and then relist them now.
