Hello is my first time on here,  just I will want to know how I can report a seller that he is showing an item to sell and when a customer makes an order and arrives to him the item not match  with the item that you saw in ebay, I texted to the seller and just said sorry,  I bought this items 2 times and now don't answer me

If the item you have received is not the item you purchased, then you can file a return under Doesn't match description or photos (Item not as described).

This is outlined in the eBay money back guarantee.  File a return under that reason, the seller then has up to 4 days to respond with either a partial refund (which you can accept or deny) a full refund/and/or return of the item for a refund.  If they don't respond before the time allowed for them to do so, then you can have eBay step in and resolve it.
