Depends what topic you're trying to contact from.

They're not closed today yet.

I was able to get live Chat/Call back options just now on a random help page.

I tried several different topics and used the chat supposed to have call back option. The chat box said choose how you would like to contact us and the only option available was email. The topic was lost Global shipping program package and their service leaves a lot to be desired.

Maybe no agents were available when you tried and email is the default contact when that happens.

I just tried on the GSP page and got both live Chat & Call Back, but it's the next day 🙂

 

What is your question on a lost GSP package - members here may be able to help.

On GSP once you deliver to the hub  in KY, you are not liable if it's lost in transit after that.

If your overseas buyers opens a refund case eBay/Pitney Bowes are supposed to close it and deal with the buyer directly, no refund or further involvement from you.

Sometimes you do have to contact eBay CS if that doesn't happen right away.

It appears if you don't use USPS to send the GSP package to the hub Kentucky you are not covered.

I used FEDEX and that PIP claims department was no help. I did not choose FEDEX to send the package to Kentucky, that is what came up when buying the label.

Generally you keep getting the run around the webpage from top to bottom, when trying to get a phone call from eBay. Help and Contact  means You have to start a chat

I just had to finally ask, ( how about a live person)  on the chat link, and this was the next day, getting the same run around. I did finally get a call.

Eventually I was covered and eBay did stand up and take the blame for the lost parcel

Sellers should be able to call someone. Especially if their account is about to be put on hold

I've worked a full time job all throughout this whole pandemic.

As a seller I fell there should be someone to call and talk to about issues.
