Help! When I click ‘sell an item’ or ‘list an item’ it doesn’t work

I’m trying to put up items and I click the list or sell now link and it takes me to a page with articles about selling. It shows past drafts of stuff I sold. There’s NO link on the page to start an item list page..never seen this before. What’s going on?!
