Help. Package is lost

My package is missing. Seller said he was going to ship it on oct 7th but shipped it before on sept 24th without letting me know, to the wrong address.   I’ve mailed the seller, eBay, and usps and they all say it was delivered to the right address.  I’ve asked neighbors etc and the package is nowhere to be found. What can I do?

@hernandrodriguez   The seller is required to ship to the address you provide at checkout.   If the seller did this and the tracking shows delivery to that address then I am sorry to say that the sellers job is done. 

If the tracking shows the seller did NOT ship to the address you provided at checkout then this is what you do.

File an item not received refund request. Select your item on this page:

After 4 business days if the seller does not refund you ask eBay to step in and help.  Have them review the tracking that shows the package was sent to an address other than the one on the sales record.

You will most likely need to appeal the case.

For the appeal, you will need a letter from the postal service stating that the package was delivered to the address on the shipping label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address.

Thanks a lot.  I’ll do it.  I’ve asked for this information to the seller and eBay.   The seller is nowhere to be found, he’s not answering emails.  And eBay shows me an incomplete address.  (Won’t show street name or number), just the city and the post code.  Usps just says the package was delivered and it won’t show me the address where it was sent for security reasons.  So I’m the shadows here.   I opened a case with eBay which they closed saying the item was delivered. Same with USPS.
