Hi and Help! I was paying for an item. Was on Chrome, on my PC. Everything was fine until the CAPTCHA thing went haywire and never stopped asking for "pick on the sweet thing to eat" picture. I googled Help, and ebay said to switch browsers. I switched to Edge. It went through to PAYPAL, 3 times!!! I've contacted seller twice, ebay chat help (useless), and PAYPAL. None respond, and because I set it up as 4 monthly payments, PAYPAL doesn't allow a dispute/resolution help. I can't afford $280 for a printer!
