Is it just me or does any one else feel like it is virtually impossible to get any real help hete at eBay. It's is really more frustrating and stressful than it's worth these days. With that said. I have been trying to get help with this matter for 3 days and I have get this figured out today. Here's the deal. We posted the machine on ebay a few days ago. While setting up listing kept inputting correct info such as weight 350 lbs but ebay kept changing to 150 lbs. Then they locked it where I cant make changes. Now my item is sold they collected only $680 to ship to Texas via FedEx ground. Fed ex ground wont exceptit because it's over theirs and every other carriers weight limit of 150lbs. FedExfreight wants $1500. I cant find freight co to compare cost i don't know what to do. I sont have $1500] to pay our ca. I am lost. Can someone please advise?
