That is called a variation listing. A variation listing is allowed in most but not all categories. The items must be the same with the exception of the variation. You cannot revise an existing listing to add the variations. It must be a brand new listing. You can only make a variation listing using the Advanced Listing Form (Business Tools) and this cannot be done from an App. You can change the listing form to the advanced listing form by going to the upper right corner of the listing form and look for the words Advance Listing Form or Business Tools. Once you click on the words the form will change to the advanced form. Ignore the warning message as all sellers can use the advanced form. Once you enter the Title and Category you will see a link to make the variations if allowable in the category.
