Haven't Received Refund

So the last few weeks I've been waiting for my refund, I returned the package weeks ago, and after the first week texted him about the status of the package. Eventually, he texted that he's received the package already when I asked about my refund he states he initiated the refund the day I requested to return it. Its been weeks now I've opened two cases (I think) since I can't seem to find the status of the case anywhere, I'm really annoyed since it seems like there's nothing I can do at this point.

The refund will go back to your original funding source. If you do not see it there, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you:

Go to your My Ebay Purchase History, find the item, go to the Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

I have, it states they'll review it after 48 hours, it's been 3 days and I can't find the status of the case anywhere.
