For instance you had an item listed for sale! Then realized you were sold out and you could not fulfill the request!!! So you had to cancel the item well eBay never sent me the funds! So when I called eBay they said the funds were on hold pending me sending the item! So the buyer needed to call and request a refund! Well when that was done they took the money from me instead of reimbursing her!!!
